I made this thread in response to the above statement by Quinn. I have since turned it into a thread dedicated not only to weapon swaps, but also to weapon tweaks and XP modifiers for each game mode as well.
General Updates:
UPDATE #11: I'm adding XP modifiers as they're found and confirmed. I'll move this down and add a new update if there are any Weapon changes.
UPDATE #10: The Hammerburst and Retro Lancer have been returned to normal. It has been stated by Quinn that "that removal of Stopping Power on those two rifles was an experiment to gauge the validity of Stopping Power as a mechanic" (Source)
UPDATE #9: The Hammerburst and Retro Lancer have been tweaked, along with the Scorcher. HB/Retro no longer have stopping power, and the Scorcher was buffed about 2 weeks ago (I forgot to update this thread with that info).
UPDATE #8: This weekend will be 2x XP, with a 2x win bonus. I have updated the XP ratios accordingly.
UPDATE #7: Trenches has been changed, and the Incens have been nerfed again. EDIT: Incens have NOT been nerfed. My misunderstanding.
UPDATE #6: Incendiaries have been nerfed slightly. They now have a 96 unit (2x the original) insta-kill radius. (Source)
UPDATE #5: Updated list to include change made to Sandbar some time ago that I missed (Gorgon > Boltok)
UPDATE #4: Incendiary grenades buffed today. 2.5x more instant kill radius and 1.25x steady damage from fire on the ground. (Source)
