Seriously even with this SoS "fix" you still have to play the game the same way. It's not right. Gears has ALWAYS been about being able to make your own play style that works. Now EPIC you are forcing your players to play one way. At a distance. Using my Gnahser should be me having to back up and shoot by someone trying to get in point blank with a No-Aim Cannon. Thats boring.

Gears has ALWAYS been about the absolute adrenaline rush constantly of being 1 mistake away from dieing. I've had maybe 3 matches in the game so far that gave me any type of feeling similar to that. I want to be able to get in close and get that 1-shot kill. In fact thats the only way this game is ANY fun to me. Yeah I can go 20-3 in a TDM easy with a lancer, is it fun? Somewhat. Does it give me any adrenaline rush? No.

EPIC you have ruined the CQC of the game and you still don't see that there is a problem there. Which IS the problem. Gears 3 is still on hold for me I guess. It's sitting in my disc tray ready to be played when you decide to bring the intense CQC back to gears.

I seriously just wanted to throw my Gears 3 console out a window after playing after the "fix".
