Slamming into Cover Sound Glitch

Sorry in advance for the bad video quality, I do not have a capture card and my phone was the only way to record. Anyway...

This glitch has been around since Gears 2. In Gears 1, this glitch did not exist. What happens is when you are playing local or as host in a private game, your character will make a grunting sound when slamming into cover.

Now, I went into a quick match Warzone where I was thrown into a match in progress; I assume on dedicated servers. Here's a video of me slamming into cover as a Locust.

Just listen to the first video closely. Hear how he makes the grunt sound when he slams into cover?
Then watch the second two. There's no sound.

You know, if he keeps making that sound, and I wallbounce, it'll sound like: "GRU GRU GRU GRU GRU *SHOOT* GRU GRU *SHOOT* GRU *SHOOT* GRU GRU GHRWAAAAAAA(EXECUTION)

IT wasn't like that in Gears 1. If you still have it, play a match as host and off host and you'll see what I mean.

I believe that they changed it so that it only randomly makes the noise. I've noticed it too but I believe they intended for it not to happen each time

It's not random. It's completely silent when online, but when you're offline or host it ALWAYS makes the sound. Sounds like wasted voice recording to me...
