No Hammerburst Headshots???

i mean u can do it with pistols... i really would love to be able to do headshots with hammerbursts

I imagine that he feared it'd become too powerful if there was a headshot modifier, as it already has good DPS.

I've seen it happen and have gotten them myself in MP, Horde and Campaign on fresh targets (not downed beforehand.)

That said, I can be aiming directly at someones head most of the time and not get a headshot with it. Which leads me to believe that it has something to do with active reloads, ADS or both.

I love how the lancer still gives you an extra 150% while shooting their head.

there are ALOT less rapid fire controllers than you realise, alot of people can fire close to the cap.

As for rapid controller, if you can't fight them... join them, thats what i say about it. I will have mine eventually, for the moment i do my kills with the lancer and the retro, but once i get the modded controller, then it will be hammerburst. I would prefer nobody have any, and i resisted for GOW2 even if some people obviously had them, BUT since GOW has become a rifles game now, im just tired of getting downed by modded hammerburst so well...

For the headshot... please no, boltok headshoting is already stupid enought, i mean even I do it sometimes, and im like "LOL WTF" like its a total lucky shot, and thats what it is to be honest, but at least its a pick up so i guess its ok, but hammerburst, just PLEASE NO

The fire rate is capped well below what your trigger finger is capable of, modded controllers wouldn't provide any tangible advantage.

I've never had a "lucky shot" with a Boltok. They are always intentional and involve more skill than almost any other action in this game. Many, many games of GoW2 Horde mode to thank for that.

Nothing feels better than a perfect two shot from the hip against a Retro charge.
