Possible Easter Egg I found in Horde, managed to make a Friendly Polyp show up a couple of times, he's showed as an ally in Tac Com and has a blue name in the kill feed

on your way back you have to get the Heli-platform raised again right, well on the right hand side you will see some stairs hop over the blocks and go up the stairs you'll see a corpse with it laying next to it. I did it on insane and found it not sure if it can be done in lower settings

for whatever reason, when i tried to do the ticker fight, the cutscene was different. It was 3 grubs sitting by a bunch of explosive, fire leaks out of a pipe, they scream and it all blows up. I was doing on hardcore in 3 player co-op, campaign.

Here's what my friend and I just did for that beards everywhere easter egg, since I don't see the tutorial in the OP yet:
Start campaign on insane from the prologue, doesn't matter if it's arcade or standard. Mutators can be turned on.
Don't do anything that will get enemies to spawn for 10 minutes once you're outside in the courtyard - you can shoot at the windows of the mansion and the bearded statues and anything else behind the archways (which is what we did, but we're not sure if this affected it in anyway). Once the 10 minutes are up, initiate the next checkpoint (i.e get the locust to spawn), but don't shoot at them - just let the bots do the work. After the prologue is up, you should see Marcus waking up with a beard in the opening cutscene for chapter 1.

My friend and I found one where when you push the "Cole Train runs on whole grain, baby!" thing enough times it will play his speech from Gears 2 where he badmouths the queen once you get to Nexus.
