Sept UDK Causes Reboot on Install - Doesn't Finish!

I have been trying to install the new UDK and every time I do it restarts my machine during the install process without a prompt and doesn't copy any UDK files to disk. I have not had this problem before including that last 3 months of UDK (which are currently installed).

Anyone else seeing this issue?

This worked on the third attempt after disabling my anti-virus. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.
