Cole Train Unlock Help

I managed to play the beta long enough to unlock everything but the gold retro lancer. After the beta was over I got rid of everything because I figured there was no longer a use for it anymore. That being said I did not recieve cole train, or any of the weapon skins. I contaced xbox through email, and spoke with a "specialist" with xbox and they provided no help. Im just wondering is there anyway I can get at least cole train back or is it long gone. Any help would be appreciated. My gamertag is x Binz

You can't delete your beta SAVED game... the beta itself is ok.

If you delete your beta saved game you are S.O.L.
