achievement RE-locked?

I unlocked the versus sampler platter achievement 2 days ago, then yesterday i received my gears of war xbox in the mail.

after some data transfers and game installing i realized that i was missing an achievement and went to go try to unlock it again but i cant

the in game menu shows that i have played an game on all gametypes but remains locked even after replaying multiple matches of each type

I have the same problem with "Welcome to Horde Mode" it seems transferring your account breaks the Achievements.
