Gears of war website is broken or really out of date

Probably known but the official gears site appears to be FUBAR:

Occasionally times out and when it does load it's utterly out of date, referring to the beta and such. I was hoping to be able to view my stats and such online.

also if you go to locust character profiles it has the bloodmounts profile in the boomers profile as well as its own

Gonna bump this because the site is still FUBAR. Get the occasional server error and the stats in the war journal aren't loading.

The stats aren't supposed to be loading yet, the site hasn't been brought full online yet. Also, the site is not managed by Epic Games, so I'm not sure why you're bumping this as an "issue" since nobody here can do anything about it. It is managed by Microsoft Studios.

It's still an issue for Gears of War 3. Epic can at least realize it and bring it to the right persons attention. Then put pressure on it to fix the glitch for THEIR game. Right EPIC?

Funny.... the call of duty website is always updated and working... maybe epic is busy still fixing gears or starting on another noob friendly game

it will be the same story as the last one, Microsoft are about to shut down another web department, kinda pointless putting it on now i think.

unprofessional that it wasnt ready on day one - but ah well we will live, if it goes live tomorrow i bet not many will use it.

EDIT: Actually, I just learned that Clocktower and Bullet Marsh are coming out on multiplayer map rotation on Nov 24th... HELL YEAH! Clocktower is wicked.

And Bullet Marsh... The Kryll are back! The Kryll are back!

Imagine Horde on Bullet Marsh with Kryll! Now that is going to be Epic!
