I was just playing execution on trashball. I picked up the nades. I saw a group of 4 enemies clustered together, so I threw both nades.
I got one kill and a teammate got 3... With my nade...

They must have put in more damage before your nade finished them off. Happened to me in the beta.

Well strange things happen in gears. In gears 2 my wingman partner can kill me most of the time with the boomshot.
