He gets upset easily Coors. Don't sweat it. I joked with him about U.S. being better and he got all pissy about that as well. He can dish it out but cant take it. I love NECA and I hope they resolve this issue as promised. Seeing as I already had my 2 pack I opened the new one that Gamestop sent.

Okay, and im sitting here thinking i was actually being the crazy one. Glad im not.

I too love NECA, i think all gearheads do, or they at least should. They will definately undo their wrongs guys. Keep the faith

Look, GameStop knows it was a mistake. They're giving you 2 options.

One. Keep the 2 pack for $14.99 plus the shipping you paid.

Two. Return it, and get the Journey's End Marcus figure when it's eventually released.

No reason go get upset. Shipping errors happen all of the time. And yes, these things can be an inconvenience. But all parties involved are doing what they can to remedy the situation.

Just be patient. You will get what you ordered eventually.

lol way to throw a dagger from behind a group of friends bud, i can dish it but cant take it ? hypocritical springs to mind but thats cool if you feel more confident speaking up when coors is holding your hand thats fine

Got my refund and free figures. This has restored my faith a lot. I was very firm on an email to gamestop asking for a refund offering to produce copies of all invoices which proved they shipped a figure different to what was advertised without notifing us of product substitution.

Caught a tweet from @NECA_toys and they explained that they are shooting to have to have the Journey's End Marcus Fenix figure in the spring line. FYI.

Woohoo. So Series 1 came (early)December Series 2 in January (late). And series 3 will be available in the Spring. (March April May?) also toy fair is coming up in the next feww weeks so hopefully we'll see more than what we've already seen (Grinder, savage Theron's journeys end Marcus etc)

First email, GS said they delivered my figure. Then I told them it wasn't the correct one and sent them the error email everyone got...then they told me to call CS.
