What does it exactly mean by "Arcade"?
Regular is just the normal campaign but I don't know what arcade is?

For Arcade, if you've ever played Halo, think of it as similar to turning on "skulls" except they are called "Mutators." Different Mutators have different XP modifiers, such as +10% more, etc. Some are just for fun.
I was going to post an example here, but want to avoid spoilers. Some make things harder, some make it easier in a way. Some of the ones that would effectively make it easier have XP modifiers of negative values, such as -25% XP.
Cheers
Another note:
In Cinematic mode, the game will revert to the last checkpoint if any player dies (downed, then executed/bleeds out)
In Arcade mode, the game will continue if a player dies, and any dead players will respawn when the battle is over. The game will only revert to the last checkpoint if all players die.
Ok thanks guys, I'll just stick with regular then.
Can you pick up collectibles in Arcade? I just finished the campaign without collecting anything, and I want to run through it again.
Yes, the collectibles are still there in Arcade mode. Think of arcade like a scoring overlay, you get more points for executions and head shots, multipliers for not going down, etc. It's my favorite way to play when in co-op, since it makes the game a bit more competitive between friends.

Arcade for me is sooo much fun I havent played the standard mode yet....it's Arcade all the way for me!...the game now feels like I am playing Vanquish...nice points system, explosions, cut scenes, fluid gameplay control....adds to that SEGA "arcade-feel" very enjoyable, Epic games!
