Remember when Rod said only 2% have VG achievement?

He said that back in August on the 12th.

Since all the events I'm sure everyone thinks that at least 20% of the gears community has the achievement now.

Well you'd be wrong. Only 2.11% have it.

That's about 105,000 people running around with Gold Gnasher. Out of the millions that will play Gears 3, I say that's a pretty good ratio.

That might just be the ones who have a legitimately 6.8 million Xp and over. So that still Excludes all the Modders and Glitchers.

But you did say Achievement so that could discontinue my theory.

I have to say it's nice to know we vets are in a minority. It kind of adds status to the unlocks for gears 3. It would be a fairly dry victory if almost everyone had it.

They should lock the unlock for the Gold Gnasher when Gears 3 comes out, would really add to the rareness of it.

Well see here is the flaw about that made up statistic, orginially it was only gonna be if you played the MP the first week so if you didnt then you wouldnt get it. example GOW2 the golden weapons were a 1 week thing and how many do you see actually using it? exactly, hardly. so you wouldnt have seen it this way either lol millions? you crack me up silly lol

I'm still surprised more people don't have it. I got mine February 4th of 2010. Back when VERY few people had it. I used to get called a "fake" 100

Sure they will. The game will do an achievement check across G1 and G2. It won't check score. That percentage should come out to like 88,000 people. Who cares if a few of them glitched it. It's really not that big of a deal. The fact of the matter is that for the plurality, only the folks that earned it will have it.
