As a huge fan of the expanded canon, I was inspired by the post of another forum goer in another thread, so I decided I wanted to share something I thought was cool with all the other Gears' heads out there. Might not appeal to everyone or you might think it's retarded. I don't care---here's something you might enjoy with the right context...

The 26th Royal Tyran Infantry, or the 26th RTI, or the Unvanquished was one of the many battalions of the COG army. The 26th's battalion headquarters was located in the Pomeroy Barracks in southern Ephyra. The 26th's most famous members were Marcus Fenix and Carlos Santiago. The 26th fought in the Pendulum Wars, and saw combat during the Invasion of Kashkur, several battles along the Sarfuth-Maranday border, and during Operation Leveler. One year after Emergence Day, elements of the 26th RTI fought in several battles during the fallback to the Jacinto Plateau.
