UT2004 Source Code

I'd like to start learning how to program Unreal script by using AngelMapper's tutorial, but the download links on her site and this one are all dead for the UT2004 Source code. Does anyone know where I can get it?

Seems as if they are phasing out the UDN Two content.
At first, the search excluded results from UDN Two.
Later the links broke.

I have added the debug package and scripts as well (attachments at the bottom).

Aren't people still using UE2 for teaching etc?

Any chance to see/have the code of renderers so we can implement a updated/new version for OpenGL/DX9/10/11 renderers as seen for Unreal/UT?
