    Default Insane Not Unlocked!?!

    ive beaten gears 1 on casual and harcore, even check by clicking my GT, but insane still isnt unlocked, and i hears you can unlock something in gears 3 if you bears gears 1 on insane, someone help?!?!

    No idea what to tell you. The unlock is getting the gold gnasher, which is also achieved by Veteran Gear in Gears 2. I would just focus on VG these last few gears weekends so you don't miss out.

    So you go in to start a new campaign and you can't select Insane? Is that what you're saying?

    The unlock is actually getting the gold sawed-off.

    Gold Gnasher is VG exclusive.

    mine is the same way i beat it twice & insane is still not unlocking for me

    Your have to play through the campaign again on in insane, as you said you just completed it in hardcore, if this is reset, your need to play through it twice.

    I see you beat the game on hardcore last year, have you removed saved games and returned to beat it on insane now? Not sure how game unlocks insane difficulty, but if it's through a save game, there's your problem right there and you'll have to play again, do it on casual though.

    i may have removed a saved game when cleaning out my hard drive...crap...ill have to play the WHOLE campaign again?!?
