Why is every random a sniper pro?

The irony is if they just played normally the montage shots would come naturally over time

I've been working on my montage for 3 years.

Though... I dont have any recording equipment.

and I'm a random, and I pick up the Longshot.

and occassionally, I'll beast with it.

I get those all the time...... when I'm host and using the sniper

I too hate randoms who just take the Longshot and suck with it....I mean why get it if you know that your bad with it when someone on your team could be good with it? Now if the other team is completely horrible and you wanna practice with it than sure go for it but if it's a have decent team or they are at least giving you trouble than don't be greedy....be a team player. What I usually do to get the sniper if someone (random) took it is just stand next to him making him stand out and then when the enemy comes to kill us to ditch him and leave him for dead.

Continue to pick up sniper...

And continue to attempt to active blindfire the same guy.

Make no attempts to assist teammates.

If, at any moment, it appears sniper will not be yours...

Quit the match.

I usually go for it, it's always good to get practice in. I'm better than most so why not?

I never blind fire or hip fire with it, seems like a waste of limited ammo. But those people who start trolling the guy who has snipe just because they wanted it for montages or because they think they're uber pro I'll hide in the corner with my shotty out and never let the sniper respawn. Shows those stupid trolls.

Guilty of rushing here. I mainly play for Youtube, so I rush for it, and blindfire for the hell of it. I realize it's mainly luck, but it's still awesome when you do hit a blindfire.

To be honest that is just as bad as the guy taking the sniper in the first place, its not team playing.

I go in with a Team of 4 and so I'm 100% sure they are able to hold their own for five seconds....it's not like I'm just concentrating on the Sniper and forgetting about the enemy Leader.

I don't even consider picking a Longshot or Torque Bow up until I've sort of gotten a feel for the lobby I'm in. So typically I play a few rounds, maybe even a match, depending on the in/out flow of players. Usually I don't pick them up though because other people are just better with it and you gotta think of the team.

For example, last night I was playing on Nowhere with some kids and they kept going up to Mortar/Mulcher and looking over the wall, so I was grabbing Longshot/Torque Bow every time and getting plenty of headshots/sticks. Gratifying feeling that's for sure. Anyway, fun weapons to use, I typically just shy away so the talented people can have them. I'm more of a Boomshot kid if it's on the map.

This bothers me on maps like allfathers when randoms don't help with the main weapon...you have two ppl fighting over a weapon they are both terrible with...it's tragic.

the people who rush for snipe and just seem to waste every round play that way because there in a party and happen to be on your team. so to keep your team from scoring kills they have one guy rush and wast the sniper.

I go for sniper all the time. But I know when to change my tactics. Im not looking for the headshot. If I get it, its a bonus for me. Im looking at hitting the guy who is hurting my teammates and giving my teammates support fire. Thats what i do. But if I notice that every sniper round, my teammates are getting rushed or killed, I change my tactics to help them out. Usually im top 2 on my team.
