Probably. But we are definately professional in our conduct with people, which is more important. Your skills are worthless if you cannot show respect to your fellow team mates, let alone trying to pick fights with them in such a childish manner like yours. Therefor, I think you should be banned for good as no one will ever think of hiring a guy with a terrible attitude like you nor you can be useful in these forums whatsoever.

Thanks seenooh. I don't know what it is, but this guy has this very wrong and completely one-sided idea in his head that I am just another 'ideas man', while I actually am a fairly good level designer with almost 2 yrs experience in UDK and a decent programmer, and I know some stuff about 3d modeling and can make assets, if I had 3ds max (afraid I was spoiled on it, can't use blender because it is not good enough, i guess). So I agree with you seenooh, that this guy should have been banned a long time ago and he should never have tainted the forums the way he did. Oh and I should make it clear, to juguefre, that I never once said that I lead a 'BIG STUDIO' as you say it, my team is only 12 people, including me, and not worthy of much praise yet, yet.

Although This is not the place to do it, I find his attitude as a welcome relief from the bull**** that has been flowing through the forums as of late. The way I see it, he is just walking around calling people out on stuff. As in no matter how you look at it, You act like a douchbag when you title yourself CEO of an imaginary company. He is just a tell it how it is kind of guy that I can respect. Although Once again I dont think this is the place to do it and randomly attack in the middle of a Somebody elses thread.

No problem. Enough is enough, and this guy has to be kicked out. We all share the love of UDK, we want its forums to have a healthy environment and we demand that anyone trying disrupt that should be banned right away.

And you don't really need to explain yourself to him or the likes. People with such attitudes do not want to listen to what you have to say but rather satisfy their pleasure with harrassing others for any reason they find. And if they don't, they will make one up like what we see now.

I agree that coming off as a CEO or claiming to have a company when you just start sounds absurd, but that doesn't give you the right to deliver that message in the manner that juguefre is using. It should not be encouraged and it must be stopped.

I will admit to calling myself that, but the shrouds of inexperience leading a team have cleared, and I now have a better grasp of what I do and how I should do it. I will never claim it again, because I learned my lesson, albeit before juguefre even read what I said. I have changed in my attitude towards game development over the last few months, resulting from the learning experiences I had in leading my team. So juguefre, SHUT UP!
