Modify source file path from content browser
I have a lot of assets in my packages whose source files have moved in the filesystem, therefore right-click=>source=>find in explorer no longer works.
I can reconnect the asset to its source file by re-importing it, but this is slow -- especially considering how many assets I need to reconnect.
Any thoughts on how to reconnect a lot of assets? A script to look for disconnected ones and search in a folder for the source file?
I'm gonna resurrect this because I'm having a similar problem. For some reason, even with an accurate source path, UDK won't re-import a certain asset. This particular asset is a static mesh, and I want to try and force it to a new source path, but I can't edit the Source File path field. Why?! I can do it for textures, no problem.
