A quick question about Scaleform UIs.

Hello.

I'm trying to add more features to my basic game for a school project and I would like to make a custom UI for it.

However, the school only has Flash MX2004 (Version 7.2) and this does not seem to work with ScaleForm.

Is there anyway to make a basic UI without having to use Flash?
