I just did some research man, NECA released 2 Theron Guards... One with a helmet, and one without. Both Series 2.

I didn't think Neca would rip people off in this way as the Theron Sentinel and Theron Guard with Helmet are the exact same figure.

Guess it was a good idea to start this list, nice one.

Well when you google "Gears of war theron guard action figure", you will see some of the links saying (no helet) (with helmet). Thats why i thought NECA released 2 different ones..

Theres even some "theron guards w/ helmets" listed on ebay now...

Yep, in the picture in the link above you can see Theron Guard, Theron Guard Helmet, Theron Sentinel. On the side of every case i've ever had it always says Theron Guard x 2 and Theron Sentinel x 2.

People often refer to the Sentinel as Theron Guard with helmet anyways.

You might be right, and i'm not disagreeing with you, just saying its odd. I always thought they simply printed too many Theron Guard cards for the packaging and simply got rid of them like this.

Be nice to know as its never appeared on any of Neca's official lists. Oh you can add all the toys-r-us exclusives and SDCC exclusives to the 'other' section as you can get all of them either with or without the sticker.

I shooting for a complete collection myself. So knowing if this is true or not definately helps. I think i was actually able to confirm all but the Marcus Fenix w./ COG tags. All the ones ive seen have the Toys R Us Sticker

Thats a good question! I personally dont have the Series 2 Marcus Fenix. So i dont know. All i have is Series 1 and Series 3 (w/ gold lancer) and those are clearly different.

I keep mine sealed anyways so i still need to buy series 2!

No, I see differences in the helmets and in their belts.

Im hopeing for an adam fenix figure. I also think a new Dom will be included in the second series of gears 3 figures.
