I am making game, and in this game I want to give it touch like Command and Conquer game in which you have 3 or more friends which give you backup mean you you can place as defend or move them forward I hope you got my point now can I do this in UDK???

Any guide, assistance will be appriciated.

I get what you mean. You mean like a Rainbow Six: Vegas kinda game.
You can do this without a problem in UDK, but it depends of to what extent you understand every component in udk. There would be alot of scripting/kismeting involved. How are you in Unrealscript and Kismet?
