Gigabyte M8000x issues

Hello, I just got a Gigabte M8000X today and I am having issues with the mouse freezing and un freezing in UT3 games and on the menue.

The freeze seams to translate to the desktop as well after I quit out of the game and the only way to fix it is to un plug the mouse and re plug it in.

M8000x seams to work well in games like Crysis 2 and world of warcraft but when I play UT3 it has issues that follow me to the desktop.

Any one have any ideas?

Not really. You using the Gigabyte drivers or windows default? If gigabyte try windows and see if the problem persists.

yeah I use the gigabyte drivers from there website.

The CD had issues, kept saying I needed flash even know I had the latest version
