Vampire mutator cannot be applied

hi guys,

I'm having a trouble with my mutators configuration in my LNX server.
for some reason when I'm choosing the vampire checkbox and clicking "set selected mutators" and "restart map" I can see my vampire checkbox has been cleared. all others mutators are working just fine.
what can be wrong with vampire mode ?

any suggestions ? any fix should I apply ?
