I have tried to restart the game / restart the ACT / Restart the chapter nothing works. can some one help me ?
maybe / cheats / mods to past this level ? but the game is fine

at that point you go through the wall straight ahead. it's supposed to be open.

Unless you don't want that, then I'll take it out again.

Pretty messed up, that is. I don't know, did you try the usual, like re-installing on HDD or clearing console cache? Sometimes that helps...

Thanks mate I have replayed that Chapter 4 a 5 times and finally, It works

I have Re-installed game / cleared console cache maybe that was the problem

Lucky you, I replayed over 10 times in the meantime and still stuck

try the usual, like re-installing on HDD or clearing console cache that works for me

When I got to the part in act 5 chapter 3 i cleared the cache and reinstalled the game on my hard drive and tried it not installed and still had the problem. So i got by the part by glitching down the hole where ur supposed to fall at i went as far to the left as I could go and started tapping A to slide repeatedly and I eventually started going down the side of the wall. Hope this can help anybody With the same problem.

this is the part where the elevator doors are one the floor and the supposed to open and you fall.
