Seperate option to change sensitivity when ADS.

While playing the demo I noticed when I aim down sights the sensitivity drops considerably. I set my sensitivity on ~70% of the bar and its fine when I'm not aiming. However, when I use the sights it becomes rather sluggish. Even with the target snap and aim assist the sensitivity to me is too slow. I propose there to be a separate option for ADS sensitivity like in GOW.
