What, so the Gears 3 figures are bigger? Guess I won't be collecting them then. I hate when they do things like this. Creates a big schism in the collection.

No, Gears 3 Figures will be the same size as the rest of the Gears line. They are prototyped at a much larger scale so it's easier to sculpt and paint. They are then scaled down when they are put into production.

Yeah, I know about the prototyping, as I do it myself, I just read a sentence wrong from Jeffs and interpreted it as they are bigger regardless of prototypes. Thought my diorama had gone to hell then, phew!!!

I have Marcus, Baird, Cole and Dom from series 1 and 2, only ones I have from a few years back but these new designs are awesome, don't like the armor for Gears 3 as much though as a whole, they've bee recreated brilliantly though.

What happens is, with some other action figures I know about, when they are put into production they shrink about 5-10% or something, so they make them bigger to start with.

Wow, Im so excited to get my hands on those. BUT, Im still waiting on my S6 figures from CCG. They told me theyd have them at the end of last week, or the beginning of this week, and still nothing. And BBTS doesnt have a whole set for sale, only preorder.

Anya and the new Dom sculpt w/ DBS are freakin awesome.

I think october 17th is the new date? but dont hold me to it. NECA has been everywhere lately with these figures. So i kinda just gave up on when to expect them. When they do come out, ill go down to my local shops and pick them up.

As far as whats coming out.. its Marcus, Anya, and Carmine. Theres also a "journeys end marcus fenix" that was exclusive to gamestop, but people started receiving the tru 2 paks instead thanks to a mistake by neca. Its still unknown as to when this figure will see the light of day.

Got it. Yea I thought they were already supposed to be out by now? But I guess they're delayed. Most sites still have them as pre-order. But I'd like to know what's in the next line-up. I know NECA has already made the Dom, Cole, and Baird so they may be coming soon. I'd like to get my hands on some locusts though.

They showed off the Savage (white) Theron at SDCC this past summer so he will pob be one of the upcoming locusts.

Got Dominic Santiago, Augustus Cole, Marcus Fenix, & Clayton Carmine from Gears of War 3, never seen any Gears of War 2 series 6 in my province however, kind of a disappointment...But my Gears 3 figures are amazing. However what's holding me back from grabbing Anya Stroud is the fact that everyn figure I've seen of her on the shelves, she either looks like she's got a bad case of lazy eye, or she's wearing a wig.

I still need/wanna grab myself an Anya Stroud figure, especially after reading Gears of War: The Slab by author Karen Traviss, because she gave the CIC character, Anya great personality and description. I still like her after trading those sexy officer high heels for a pair of combat books and COG combat armor/lancer.
