How do you feel about the language?

I absolutely love it, from the swearing, to the pointlessly over-the-top nonsense. It gives it it's own "flavor" of excessiveness. I'm interested to see if anyone agrees with me, or finds it distasteful.

I'm sure some people may find it distasteful but they would be missing the point that everything about Bulletstorm is meant to be deliberately excessive. I'm all for it but I do think there's a chance that the silly dialogue may start to grate a bit.

I like it. I'm not offended by bad language.

I don't see why some people consider foul language to be bad while the mass butchering of people we get across the whole fps genre is fine.

I find bad language makes the character more human if they swear. Because if your life is in danger you're not going to just say "Damn it, there's a lot of them" you're going to curse like hell. So i'm all in favour of it.

If the use of foul language is done tastefully i have no problem with it. but some games honestly need to tone it down a notch as it distracts from the game (Rogue Warrior i'm looking at you). with that said Epic has not failed me in the past so i have faith that they will not fail me now.

It's a little too overboard. Some of the things they say are just weird and unnecessary, but it's not a big deal. I definetly don't want every little line in the script to have something, that's all.

One thing that I have alwaysliked about Epic is that they go big. I prefer the over the top language as opposed to the generic war shooter any day if the week. I'm more nervous about whether the whip completely destroys the traditional FPS gameplay than I am the language.

The language fits the game. If it was different I don't think it would fit the story as well.

I dislike combo swears in every corner of sentence, makes me wanna punch someone into face. Ability to somehow punish your character (like second sado-mazo personality) would suit to gameplay like this :/ ...

Cant agree its more realistic. It's like saying ''adult movies are natural part of reproduction''.

I have found myself using some of the ridiculous language that I have heard in the game in real life. I guess that means Im cool with it

Personally, I don't think I could stand having those stupid extension swears over my speakers, some swearing is OK because it humanizes the characters but this goes from making him likable, to making him sound over the top, to quite frankly sounding like a twelve year old who found insults on 4Chan.

Ya it does fit the game I mean they say its like duke nukem its expose to be fun not really dramatic like gears. I think its sorta a comedy game some thing you can sit down to after a long day an laugh at the dialog. Funniest line I heard so far "pull up your skirt an STRAP THAT DILDO ON!" I'll be sure to say that to friends now.

I love the language and how they are putting in a lot of curses with alot of nonsense.
It gives it a totally different taste than other FPS games.
