Reset Character and Rest Bloodline 1

Can someone define both of these options. I assume reset Bloodline 1 resets the entire game for you and you lose all items ect. While Reset character will just reset the STATS of your character? Would I still be level 40 with all of my items and have like 100 points to spend? Some clarification would be very helpful.

Reset bloodline 1 that means u will not lose anything, not ur character, not ur money, not ur items etc, but only start from the beginning (only the monster becomes easily to beat down)

Reset character means reset all, all of ur things disappear

In terms of reset bloodline 1, does that mean I'll still be level 40 or level 1? And do my stats change at all?

You will still be level 40 with intact stats, nothing changes except the monsters will be level 3 or so, and GK level 50
