All I've read with regards to Bulletstorm is Adrian Chmielarz quoted in CVG as saying, that the graphical look (tech) doesn't matter as much as a good gameplay experience. This is true to an extent, and no doubt Bulletstorm looks very good. But does this indicate that Bulletstorm is using, 8 years on, Painkiller era DX9 , 32bit only in 2011? If so, the latest
Steam HW survey showing 32 bit XP users clearly now in a minority, should make for sobering reading. Anyone with a decent gaming PC these days is using a 64bit OS to get away from the memory limitations inherent to 32bit.
