Its all good fun, until the flashbacks start. Then i'm back in the jungles, the smell of napalm buring my nose hair, bullets flying up our asses.....

And it was fun. I remember reading here first, then reading the RP, but I see you and others mentioning some Barnes guy, and I thinking "Who the f*ck is Barnes?" then I read it, and it made sense.

Quick Question: What happened to Toog?

Yeah, Barnes was a good antagonist, someone who added a little fire to the groups interactions.

Toog, Uncle Bo and Kirsten reached to Arkadia before the survivors, Bo's truck is mighty fast.

But when they got there, they were greeted by Cyron troops, refused to give up their guns and got locked up in a holding area. Can't say what happened to them after Arkadia went all to hell, but who knows? Maybe they escaped too?

And maybe, just maybe, all will be explained in... The Incredible Adventures of Uncle Bo (and friend)

It would, but no. I was having fun, especially with Survivors. Nothing short of...well, nothing short of...what happened could have driven me away.

Well, maybe you'll have better luck with the new one? The Locust part of Wasteland Chronicles lasted longer than the human part, so the signs are positive. Like an Omen. A blood red Omen maybe?

It kinda says in the thread title "now finished" and even the first post has big red type saying it's completed. I mean, those are pretty definitive hints that it's over.

Anyways, think it's safe to say that SURVIVORS was the most successful RP ever run on the Gears forum, it was a lot of fun.
