Can i use flash action script 3.0 in huds and menus for UDK, its easier with 3.0 to create 3d rotation, and i cant find useful or straight forwards tuts on doing it with actionscript 2.0 thanks for the help!

All the documentation says no. But then the documentations also said I need to publish with Flash Player 8. I tried Flash Player 9 and seems to work just fine.
i see any idea where i can play it safe and do some 3d rotation in actionscript 2.0 thanks for the reply man :]

Later this year (Q4 2010), Scaleform GFx 4.0 will be officially released with initial Flash 10 AS3 support. It will have its limitations in terms of the latest Flash 10 and AS3 features, but each new release will continue to be more complete, similar to the way GFx v1.0 - v3.2 continued to support more Flash 8 AS2.

We recommend Flash Player 8 or higher actually for GFx at present. As for AS 3.0 support, it's just around the corner guys. I can't give an exact date, but we're working hard on it now.
