Don't use a fog volume, or, set the fog volume to render in the foreground renderlayer. That fixes the weapon contour, but dependent on what your level is like, may get you some other issues in turn... Foreground rendering can be set in properties, in the staticmesh section of the fog volume - Rendering - DepthPriorityGroup
