I wrote a little tutorial on how to install a UT3 server for WAR games (as example)...

I split it up in 3 parts:
PART I: Downloading & Basic Installation
- Downloads
- Extracting
- UT3 Dedicated Server
- WebAdmin

PART II: Configuration
- Commandline Params & Custom Content
- UTGame.ini (general server configuration)
- UTWeb.ini (configuring WebAdmin for first use)
- UTEngine.ini (redirecting downloads)

PART III: Using WebAdmin
- Using WebAdmin

Update 11/2/2010:
After installing Patch 1.5 (v2.1) we need to replace the UT3.exe executable.
Epic Games released an update which fixes a severe exploit in the server executable which allowed "people" to crash your server.
Simply download the fix over here and extract it to your servers Binaries folder overwriting the existing file.

indeed u can check the fix by looking at the engine version of the server wich is than not 3808 0r 3809 but than has to show as 3810 [3810 meens the exploit fix is isntalled] thanks for hosting everything Zunnie its highly apriciated

I moved the tutorial files to my personal site now. It's back online
