Default UDK if you have more than one project

Okay, I'm doing 2 UDK projects, and it is very hard to tell which is which. The computer sees both as the "Unreal Develoment Kit". Since it's hard to keep track of different ones without potentially confusing folders, I did 2 installations of UDK and renamed the root folder of the second game project. Now I have:

    C:\UDK\UDK-2010-03\

    ...and...

    C:\OTHERGAME\UDK-2010-03\

Yes, it uses more disc space, but I have a terabyte, and it's simpler this way, and anything else forces me to mess with loads of .ini files and whatnot (or something like that) which I don't want to mess with.

However, with the April build I'm lost as to which one to uninstall as my box sees them both as "Unreal Development Kit".

You'd think they could make it in a way that lets you easily stack different game projects.
