    Default Publish button is still missing at 1280x1024 resolution

    I know this general question has been asked a thousand times and I'm sorry for posting about this, but my monitor is at 1280x1024 resolution and I still can't find the publish button. I'm at a loss as to what to do. If nobody can find it, is there a way to use the front end to just publish a map?
