Gears of War for Windows: Co-op Games

Seeing as it's a hassle to get split-screen to work on the PC, I'm looking to see if any GoW for Windows player are up for online co-op games. Need those achievements, after all.

Got that to work, but i don't always have another player with me.

The PC version can't play with the XBOX version, can it?

Epic once said it was supose to be crossplath form but they failed on that part

it can, online.
but I'm very glad it actually has working LAN, I have spend hours with a friend trying to get crysis to work over LAN (no luck), then we tried gears and it worked immediately.

I think I heard about that as well, the scope of what they tried to accomplish was pretty big, and I hope since we've been waiting this much longer, gears 2 on pc will be a bigger blast all around.

I'm not sure you can play against xbox players.
It's 2 different platforms...XBOX kernel totally differs from Windows kernel...
I don't think it's possible to cross them,though I'm not expert in this since I don't have an XBOX...
