    Hi all,
I'm a new user to the current version of UDK, so the first thing I did after launching it was go to the Video Tutorial link. I discovered the Video Training Modules (with a VTM prefix on their links) do not work in 64-bit Windows 7. I knew these videos were 7 years old, but thought there'd still be good practices to learn in them. So I downloaded the codecs as instructed, but wasn't able to see video. Only the sound portion worked.

Solution: Import the old tutorials into the current version of Camtasia Studio 8. Add them to the timeline, then "Produce & Share" them to create mp4 videos that work nicely. There is some quality reduction because it's being dropped down to 720p from the original 1280X1024 resolution, but the basics are there in all their glory for anyone who wants to resurrect them.

Anyway, I hope that helps anyone who might have run into the same issue.

Could you include my UnrealScript IDE for Sublime Text 2 in the Community Tools and Utilities section?
    That would be great!

    Hi Steve.

It would be nice if you can also add my youtube channel to the site. On my youtube channel you can find UDK-Tutorials about everything. All videos are in german and in english available and I upload new video every week. At the moment there are 98 videos about UDK on my channel!

Here is the link to my tutorials: http://www.youtube.com/user/MetalGam...s?feature=mhee

    Hi everyone!

Could you help to find packages from this Static Mesh Catalog (http://utmapping.wikidot.com/static-mesh-catalog) to download, because the assets in UDK are not full. And as I just started to learn Unreal engine, such limitations make studying a little bit hard!

I would very appreciate any help

    Best regards

Those are assets from Unreal Tournament 3. You cannot download them and using them would be a violation of the UDK EULA and copyright law. The UTGame example provides a healthy subset of these for you to use.

What a big deal, I'm not gonna use it for commercial purpose, just for self education...

Thank you for your response, anyway!
