    Default CubeBuilder Settings

Hi! I Just bought the '' Mastering Unreal Technology" serie and I just started reading the Tome 1: The art of level design ( I am using The UDK off course).

The first tutorial asks me to create a Cube Builder brush. My first task is to open the Cubebuilder Dialog box by right-clicking on the cube primitive in the CSG section off the toolbox.

In the CubeBuilder Dialog box, all i can do is to change its position in the world and set a wall thickness. Does anyone know how to acces its real properties so I can change the height and with too?

My goal is to create a substractive brush to create a room. Thanks!

X, Y and Z in the builder brush dialog are measurements in Unreal units that define the dimensions of the cube along each axis, not world position. Try changing those values and click build. You will see the cube brush in the viewports change to the corresponding size.

    Okay thanks!

As the '' new guy'' around here, I may have another noob question.

Let's say that I substracted a box. Is There a way I can remove it? I tried many things, but I could'nt delete any substracted spaces. Does anyone know? Thanks again!

Select the subtraction brush in any of the viewports. (It will be highlighted when selected) Press the delete key. Rebuild your geometry to update the perspective viewport.
