UDK is a development kit. It's not a 3D modeler, it's not an animator package, those are very different and separate beasts.
An application like 3DS Max is a 3D content creation package. It can be used for modeling, rigging, skinning, animating. Packages like these are what you use to create content for games, UDK or any other engine.
In addition to a 3D content creation package you'll need a 2D app like Photoshop to make textures so you can import them into whatever package you're using and create materials.
Making assets for games is not a simple process, it's no magic button.
I see a lot of people like you coming in here on the forums who know nothing about game development and voice your disappointment when you can't find the magic button in UDK.
You should go check out some easier tools to use for creating simple little games, UDK is a professional solution.
