Pictures in ut3 map

Can I add pictures to my map and if soo, how would I do that and what file types thanks

Here, There this thread talks about how to do it.

I wish there was an easyer way like Farcry 2 just take a snapshot and bam you can set as your picture instead of creating a material and a hole lot of other things.
