Decided to put it into this section instead, as that would make more sense.
Introduction
Due to the growing amount of bugs and request, I as a developer, would lose complete sight of what has been reported and what not.
Therefore, to support UDK and its users, I created a public bug/feature tracker on which you can report bugs or requests new features in an organized matter.
Where can I find it?
It's located here: http://udk.lennardf1989.com
Awesome, but how do I use it?
It's simple! I enabled Anonymous usage, which means you don't have to register an account to make use of this system. If you feel like registering (and getting your name next to your bug report) then please do so! All we need to know is a username and password (for logging in, duh) and an e-mail address ONLY used for resetting your password.
To report a bug or request a new feature, click on "Report a Bug or Request a New Feature" on the top of the screen.
1. First, select a Category.
2. If you want to report a bug, please specify the reproducibility of it. Don't forget to tell which OS you're using UDK on!
3. Use the summary as if it's a topic title and description the content of it.
4. Feel free to upload attachments to prove your bug or clarify your feature request.
5. Eventually press "Submit Report" and your bug/feature is immediately visible to everyone.
But hey, I want to update my report!
You can! Start by viewing your report, scroll down and click "Update Bug Report or Feature Request". Although this is possible, it would be better to discuss a bug using notes and only update your "first post" when strictly nessessary.
An even simpler method would be to click the little "Marker"-icon next to your report.
If you already have a topic about your bug/feature, add the link to the "UDK Forum Topic" field, so it can be discussed there! Besides that, you can be sure people will find your topic
Notes
The system still has some things users shouldnt be seeing (as it isn't a real bug tracker where I assign task to people ofcourse), but those will eventually be removed over the coming days.
