Looking for a partner in crime who has programming knowledge to work on some basic projects over time to develop skills together. Work on joint training sessions and help each other to develop. The idea is to communicate ideas, opinions and techniques over an IM app to develop abilities that we can both apply to a more senior level at a later date. This will ease the learning and development process through sharing and helping.
