Default Newbie question about code support

Hi, im sort of new to game-dev really (beyond making custom maps for editors like Hammer)
Does UDK have some sort of Java support? Im having a course in school right now about Java and it would be perfect if i could integrate java somehow into UDK. Or does UDK use UnrealScripting only? If anyone could answer me on this one, that would be great.

Unrealscript only. It's sort of like Java I suppose.

Then you're really going to enjoy developing with UDK.

I've always heard the UnrealScript is very similar to Java. It's object based, at the least.
