    Is it possible to turn a brush into a mesh? I want to be able to slice the brush to be able to destroy it, like you can with meshes.

    You should be able to convert a brush by right-clicking > Convert > Convert To Static Mesh in the top or side viewports. You will have to place the newly created static mesh and remove the BSP Brush though.

    Thanks. Also, do you know if there is an easier way to select chunks while fracturing?

    When I try to fracture the new static mesh, it says that it requires a collision model. How is this accomplished?

    Before fracturing the mesh, you can generate a collision model from the collision drop-down menu. Use the 'Show Collision Button' to view the collision of the mesh. This will allow you to try the different types of generated collision and see what fits your mesh the best.
