Ok so it seems to me that there seems to be MORE THAN enough people in China, thailand, japan and korea to play gears in THEIR own region, because yesterday and for the last week, i have gotten a Hong Kong host more than 150 TIMES. Every SINGLE time it was a different name, i wrote it down ffs....so why when I live in germany, am i getting another team with host. FOR THAT matter why am I getting these random 0 points games AND host banswhen this is my connection. (mind you i have my PC off normaly when I am on gears, cuz its what a good host does, and this is with my pc and 360 on).

For example, we had a Submission match last for 3 hours, everyone had over 15 thousand points, and over 100 kills, NO ONE lagged out, everyone was from Europe, and I got good feedback at the end of the match cuz apparently there was no lag...BUT FOR SOME REASON I GOT 0 EXP, and host banned for 48 hours......This baffles me....and yet I can get these chinese hosts from 7 thousand miles away, with a ping of over 400 and they still get their EXP.....

It wasn't really a question, more like a statement. You don't get host banned for 48 hours, you're host banned until you complete a certain amount of games. It could be an hour or it could be a week, you just have to play the game to get rid of host ban.

Hong Kong technically isn't a country, yet it isn't a direct part of China. Because Britain owned Hong Kong for about a century, the people were used to Democracy. When Hong Kong was returned to China, many people were scared, complained, and etcetera. Many even moved to Quebec and other countries. Because of this, China and Hong Kong worked out a partial relationship.

The reason we play with people from the far east is because some of them are huge nerds that play at 4 a.m. because they know we'll lag so they get free kills.
