Unreal engine 3

Ok so I didnt know were to post this so I posted it here. I was wondering how do you use the unreal engine to make a game, cuz i know how to use the editor and put your own models and stuff but if i want to use it to make my own seperate game ( for personnal fun, not to sale or anything ). Because im tired of using like fps crator or stuff like that i need a powerful engine and i really like the style of unreal ed 3. And if possible how to make a .exe file if i can make a game. Thanks

You can do a Total conversion for UT3 like the Angels Fall First mod.
Custom maps mutators gametypes etc.
You need to either be a jack of all trades and do everything or have a team of modders to help you.

You cannot use Unreal Editor 4 for UT3 to do a stand alone game, just convert UT3 base into something diferent.
