Hi all,
I'm new to these forums. I felt I should share what i've made.

This is kind of a work in progress, there are no first person arms or portrait.

Which tutorial are you using (if u r using 1)? I am trying to do so for myself. Your model looks great. Voice pack canditates: "Oxi Clean the stain eliminator", "This is Billy Mays for Oxi Clean"

I do all my modeling in Cinema4D and Zbrush, and use 3DS Max for importing.

I'd love to give him custom taunts and sounds. I'm afraid im only a modeler though. Im not too sure how to do that stuff.

Make team colored shirts for him. I'm sure theres a tutorial on voice packs out there some where.
Get a hold of the guy that did the gears of war charactors. http://forums.epicgames.com/showthre...ghlight=marcus
They do custom taunts.

Billy Mays only wears one color shirt! and thats oxi clean color.
I guess the sounds and stuff i have to keep in mind for later characters.
Don't know why you guys like the sounds.. i usually mute the game and play music when im playing

I might revisit these characters though when i have time.

If your on red team with a blue shirt it gives you an advantage against blue. Maybe you can give him red pants then? No one that plays online will install this skin without team colors. A voice pack would be great. Theres some videos on you tube that you can get the sounds from.

Too my understanding both players would have to have and install the character.. the odds of coming across another Billy Mays on an opposite team are slim.
I do this for arts sake, i'm a 3D modeler, and use Unreal for mostly realtime rendering rather than playing the game. I just figured I would share what i've made with the community because of the youtube requests i've gotten.

and when you do make models could you have 2 so ps3 players can get them i mean without the voice packs and custom gibs because there are ps3 players in the community

Apparently you don't know how much Billy Mayes stuff has been in our forums lol. If this model had team skins & custom taunts EVERYONE at Hedsteem would download it.

Do as you wish! I actually encourage it. I don't have the time to learn how to add things like sounds and team colors.

The only requirment is that i'm am given credit.
