I love the Lancer...I think bc its so underrated & its not as easy to use as a shotgun is why people get so mad when bested by the Lancer.

Its nice to see a thread giving props to a weapon other than the shotgun.

I use the Lancer since when I try to use the Hammerburst I fail like ****, I can't keep my aim steady

Also, if you can hold your aim straight you can kill anything with the Lancer

.. + it has a chainsaw I love

What can be fixed?

Maybe the stopping power should be nerfed

All I have used is lancer sense 2006 I can't believe I never saw this thread until now, Ive only been beaten in a 1v1 lancer battle by like 5 people (DMAC2223, and I suppous on occasion other members of team leather face) and those are in private matches...however I have been beaten by DMAC2223 thousands of times I've never really seen anyone beat him.

I love the lancer. My absolute favorite weapon in every gears of war game. I wreck kids online with it. Trust me I have used hammerburst extensively and I can shoot it as fast as it can possibly be shot and I am very accurate. But as long as you dont challenge HB with your lancer I honestly believe all around lancer is a better weapon with a lot more uses. Especially in GOW3 its going to be beastly.
