Actually you're wrong. I got one today, and I asked my friend what did he mean. He told me that if they send that to enough friends on their list they'll get free Microsoft points.

Sounds stupid, but that's the story. (He also doesn't play xbox much, so he's really gullible about things like that.)

So make sure you're 100% with your facts before you call people stooges and dense lol.

I recieved about 20 yesterday. It's so funny how many idiots exist on Xbox Live. Why would Microsoft create a system that abuses the message system on LIVE and annoys people? Then there's this:

What that website will tend to do, is give a small select number of people codes for points. Those people will then run to their friends going OMG I GOT FREE POINTS HERE - DO THIS THING. People trust them, they take their word for it.

99.99% will get nothing. This is a fake system. Don't believe it. In fact, I might see if Flak or someone can post a sticky on this so people don't start going "IT'S REAL STFU" or anything en masse. It isn't real.

It's not she's trying to scam you. She's fallen for the scam, and believes it. She's just doing the thing that she thinks will get her 900 points thats all.
